Cards for Inclusion was initiated by the UK organization Unlimited, which aims to break barriers in the arts, regardless of disability. Supported by Arts Council England and the British Council in 2018, Unlimited’s director Jo Verrent, alongside artists, developed this card game to promote inclusivity in the arts. Taiwan's version, "共融藝卡" (Inclusive Art Cards), was created by the Accessible Resources Promotion Association in Taipei with permission from the original creators, adapting the concept locally. The game encourages creativity and problem-solving, helping players explore ways to remove societal barriers, making everyone a potential "expert" in inclusive arts.

Cards for inclusion 是英國Unlimited組織發起，Unlimited旨在藝術不分障礙與否，2018年由於獲得了英格蘭藝術理事會和英國文化協會的資助，Unlimited總監Jo Verrent與藝術家的設計與創作，產生了這套桌遊牌卡，希望透過牌卡讓藝術更共融。
而台灣的「共融藝卡」，則是臺北市行無礙資源推廣協會，經過原創者同意並加以在地化製作的，完全承襲英國cards for inclusion的精神，同樣地期盼遊戲讓人們挖掘自己的創造力，提供方案、思考探索如何排除社會上的障礙與隔閡。消除障礙，你我都可以是藝術共融的「專家」
