The 2024 Island Inclusive Festival, organized by Resident Island Dance Theatre, is focused on promoting an inclusive arts culture and dedicated to fostering artistic creation and social inclusion for individuals with disabilities. By integrating both domestic and international artistic resources, the event will feature performances, workshops, and various other formats to advocate for cultural equity, encouraging everyone to participate in the arts. The festival aims to create an inclusive artistic environment, embodying the vision of a "theatre for all, a gathering space for all."
From October 15 to October 27 at the Taikang Culture Center in Tainan, we invite you to explore the concept of “boundaries.” This inclusive arts festival highlights the talents of disabled artists and explores the relationship between limitations and freedom. Through various artistic expressions, we break through invisible barriers and foster a space open to cultural exchange. Audiences are encouraged to rethink boundaries and experience the transformative power of art.
